Print Requirements and Cost

• A new screen cost is $145 which is a onetime charge and reusable on all future orders.
• If the order exceeds $2,000, the cost of the screen will be waived.
• We have many generic screens in stock that are free of charge, like FIRE, EMS, TRAUMA, IV KIT, etc.
• Printing is free.

• Screen printing of any size is available on most locations on the bag in any colour up to three colours.
• We recommend 1 color for most applications.
• We require a pantone color number for the artwork for each color, except black or white.

• If the request is for a logo, then the artwork must be in AI vector or eps vector format for best resolution.
• Images in jpg, bmp and other low resolution images provide poor quality prints.
• Print text needs to be in the correct upper or lower case layout – we recommend all upper case.

• We will provide a pdf proof for approval before commencement of printing if a new screen is required
